The hours in between school ending and parents returning home from work are crucial hours in the life of a child. Afterschool programs provide students the opportunity to engage in hands-on learning, interact with their peers, work under the care and supervision of supportive mentors, build on lessons learned during the school day and more.

Exciting Partnership: SunRidge Elementary Welcomes Champions Before & After School Program!

Dear Sunridge Elementary Families,

I feel it is important that our school community offers experiences and opportunities that promote children's education as well as health and wellness. That is why Sunridge Elementary has partnered with Champions to provide before and after-school programming for our students beginning next school year. Champions’ accredited programs have more than 30 years of experience providing high-quality out -of -school- time services that balance education and fun in a safe, enriching environment.

Children’s learning should continue when the school bell rings — and the Champions program ensures it will. Guided by passionate teachers, our students will have the chance to explore their curiosity and interests—in art, literacy, STEM and more-- and build confidence and community through hands-on projects and activities Time will be set aside for homework support/completion; and healthy snacks and fitness will be offered each day. Weekly fees for the program will be paid directly to Champions through their portal at $50.80 per week for After School and $32.80 for Before School, inclusive of all the enrichment provided through their program.
